My family visited the Zoo today. It was a warm and humid day but I enjoyed myself at the Zoo. One of the first animals we visited was the white tiger. They are big and magnificent. I was waiting for the tiger to roar but all I heard was grunting.

There were many activities for children and feeding the animals was one of them. I fed the goats some leaves I picked from the ground and also some water buffaloes some fruits. You can see me feeding the goat in the video below and the water buffalo in the photos set.

We also saw a few animals show and my favorite one was the mice, cats and dogs show. They even allow us to pat the dogs after the show. Some children were blowing bubbles and I had a fun time running and popping bubbles.

I found out I took to the pool like a fish to water. I love swimming and my first lesson was swimming in circles. See my video below.

Embellishing Rhymes in Clay by Xin Xiaochang at Sculpture Square, 155 Middle Road. Daily 11am to 6pm till 17 Oct 2010.

Embellishing Rhymes in Clay is Xin Xiaochang debut solo exhibition held in conjunction with Sculpture Square 11th Anniversary Celebration 2010. The sculptures are Xiaochang’s interpretation of classic nursery rhymes with the rich multi-racial heritage of her childhood memories.

One day, my father decided that the family should go out more often for photography so he scoured the internet for interesting places to go. We first went to the Iron Man 2 Collartible Exhibition at the Singapore Philatelic Museum.

The exhibition showcases Iron Man figures as interpreted by leading designers from USA, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Of note is one unique sculpture by William Tsang, founder of Williamworkshop from Hong Kong. He decided not to use Hot Toys 12-inch Iron Man figures which were given to the designers to customise but instead build an iron sculpture figure; “Iron Man”.

The exhibition is on till 21 Nov 2010 so do pop by for a look.

Everyday I am discovering new things. These discoveries fascinates me and bring me endless fun.

Today, I learned about stickers. How they do stick on my hands, legs, pajamas, hair and almost any other things as well. I stick them on my hands, I stick them on my foot, I stick them everywhere, even on the living room tables.

The stickers certainly look lovely on my foot don’t they. You should try them sometimes. My dad tells me that most adults have forgotten how stickers have brought them many hours of fun when they were young. I hope I will still love sticking stickers on my foot when I grow old.
